Reporting – Assist the month-end close off process as per Company guidelines
Budgeting and Forecasting - Participate in the company’s annual budget and forecast process
Reconciliation - Ensure staff reconciliations and schedules are updated and reconciling items cleared by team members
Statutory Requirements – Ensure all payments, filings, recording
keeping are done timely and accurately
Fixed Asset Management - Coordinate the Fixed Asset Count, Useful life review
Pricing and Costing - Coordination and completion of pricing and price list
Inventory / Cost of Sales Management - Process journals, analysis and reconciliations
Audit - Execution and leadership of assigned requests related to interim, annual or any other auditing cycles
Enforce all safety rules and regulations inclusive of HACCP and Food Safety and Hygiene.
